Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your goods to anywhere in the UK within 15 working days of receiving your order, although this can take longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery times for overseas orders will take longer than UK mainland deliveries, due to the distance involved. Should we be unable to ship your order within the 15 working days we will contact you to discuss the matter.

We reserve the right not to accept your order at our own discretion.

UK and NON UK Delivery Prices
All postage and packing charges will be added to your order. These will be shown at the checkout.

Vat & Customs Duties
Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services within the European Union. UK Vat is currently 17.5% and is included in all product prices displayed on the Hudson and Middleton Web Site.

Customs Information for Overseas Orders.
Orders despatched outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes and customs charges.

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by yourself. Your local customs office will be able to provide further information.

Payment
We only accept payment by credit card or debit card. Cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Delta, Switch, Solo.

Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 7 working days after you receive the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price.

If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will have to pay for the return delivery, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
